We can help with small renovation projects – such as the removal of a load-bearing wall – to much larger residential and commercial developments. Please refer to our projects page to see some of the schemes we’ve been involved with.

For larger commercial work, we cover the whole of the UK (e.g. this windfarm in North Wales that we were involved with). For smaller residential schemes, we generally cover London and the Home Counties. If you’re unsure whether you’re in the right location for our services, get in touch with us.

Absolutely. All of our work is covered by Professional Indemnity insurance, with different levels of cover for each project. 

Each project is considered individually. We have set hourly rates for all our skilled workforce and these can be provided as part of our Terms and Conditions on request.

Since each project’s requirements are different, we don’t like to generalise our prices – get in touch to discuss your project. We aim to offer the best value for money by providing bespoke quotes for each project.

Where possible, we provide a fixed-price proposal for the provision of an agreed scope of work This way we feel the client has a better understanding of anticipated costs.
